For more than 25 years, Scott has been focused on uncovering and understanding the needs and goals across the various members of the global library community. Through the years with EBSCO, his role has become more focused on gathering and sharing insights with libraries and other partners to push toward increased value and a greater future for our libraries. Scott is the faciliator of EBSCO advisory boards, works closely with various library organizations, and  speaks on many topics from improved and equitable information access, to open infrastucture, open business philopsphoes and library empowerment.
