Rachel Miles is a Digital Scholarship Librarian at the Center for the Advancement of Digital Scholarship (CADS) at Kansas State University. Her primary responsibilities include copyright consultations with students and faculty, open access outreach and initiatives, and assistance in the management of both K-State’s open scholarly publishing platform, New Prairie Press, and the institutional repository, K-REx (K-State Research Exchange). Her research interests include scholarly communications, digital scholarly publishing, and open access. Rachel received her MLS from Emporia State University’s School of Library and Information Management.
